When an Avlytics device shows 0 FPS in the Device status on Telegram, it means the Device has lost connection to the Camera System.

This can be caused by a number of reasons:

1. The Password of the DVR has changed and has not been updated on Seeing AME Hub ( http://192.168.7.1:8300 )
Please make sure that the RTSP url has been updated with the new Password.

2. The DVR's IP Address has Changed.
This is usually caused by the DVR being Left on DHCP network option instead of STATIC.
When DHCP network type is selected the DVR will receive a new IP Address after each reboot or if the Internet router reboots. This is prevented by making sure that the Network Type is set to Static and a Specific IP Address configured on the dvr. If the DVR IP Address has changed, please update the Seeing AME Hub ( http://192.168.7.1:8300 ) and replace the IP Address in the RTSP Url with the correct or New IP Address.

3. The DVR Substream has not been configured correctly.
The Correct configuration is :
6 FPS
If this is the problem the status will usually display the FPS as Higher than 6 FPS then back to 0 FPS and the Device will detect that the Frame rate is too high and it will disconnect from the camera system to protect its resources, resulting in 0 FPS.
The resolution can also cause the camera to become Out Of Specification and display 0 FPS. This needs to be set accordingly to the type of device onsite. Eg. CIF, VGA or 1 Megapixel resolution.

4. The Camera onsite is faulty.
If the camera is faulty there will be no display on the NVR / DVR itself.

If pulling directly from the NVR / DVR this will cause 0 FPS for that channel. Likewise if pulling directly from the camera.
