To access all platforms you will need a vpn connection to our central vpn server.
You can request vpn credentials for as many users as you wish. 

We will assist in configuration of vpn client for each user that requires access to the infrastructure. 



The Avlytics device's can be configured from either one of two platforms.

1) THE SEEINGAME HUB 

This platform allows central configuration of ALL devices.
This platform requires a vpn connection.

2) THE DEVICE WEB INTERFACE / GUI

This platform is device specific and is only accessible if the device is online. 


THE SEEINGAME HUB 

The seeingame Hub is the Central interface for administering all devices.

to access the hub, make sure that your vpn is connected, then open a new instance of Chrome web browser.
in the Address bar , type in the following address : 

http://192.168.7.1:8300


The Username and Password is unique for each user.
Login using the login credentials supplied by your Avlytics support representative, . 

From this interface, the user will be able to edit devices , configure channels , configure which telegram group the alerts get sent to as well as a host of other facilities. 




THE DEVICE WEB INTERFACE / GUI 

Each device is supplied with a preinstalled web user interface. To access the device interface, please open an instance of Chrome browser and type in the VPN IP Address for the device followed by :8000
If you are unsure of the IP Address of the device , you can issue a /ifconfig-vpn_ame command on telegram blue info group.
The device's Telegram Bot will respond with the device's IP Address.

Enter the Address in the following format , assuming the device ip address is 1.1.1.1

http://1.1.1.1:8000


you will be prompted to enter the device's password.
If you are unsure of the password, you may issue a /getkeys command on the blue info telegram group.


The device will respond with a string of characters. These characters are the devices password.
The password can be changed , by issuing a /setkeys_newpassword command on Telegram Blue info group.
The newpassword can be replaced with the password you would like to use as the device's password.


To verify that the new password was set, issue a /getkeys command and make sure that the device responds with the same password that you just set.
